WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?

One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents. However to ensure everyone is safe, we do have a minimum age restriction of 3 years of age.  3 to 5 year olds must be accompanied on the trampolines by a responsible adult at all times and 6 to 12 year olds must be accompanied in the park by a responsible adult at all times.

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

It is a requirement that you book in advance online – we no longer accept walk-ins.  Click BOOK NOW to check availability and make a session booking.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Due to the new data protection act, we are no longer able to take bookings over the phone, so please use the Book Now button at the top of the page.

DO I NEED SOCKS?

Due to health and safety all participants must wear trampolines socks on our activities.

IS MY BOOKING REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?

Please see our booking terms for details of our cancellation and refund policy.  If you have further questions about this please contact us by emailing info@xtreme360trampolinepark.co.uk

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your booked jump time* to check in, watch our safety video and get ready for your session.

*For the 10am session the doors open at 9:45

WHAT DO I WEAR AND ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS AVAILABLE?

We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch.  Tracksuit pants and long sleeve shirts are recommended.  Our reusable Xtreme360 grip socks are compulsory – to avoid slipping on the trampolines, these can be added to your order for an additional £2.75.  We do not have changing rooms.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

You can bring your own birthday cake if you have a Birthday Party booked with us, due to food health and safety regulations, no self-catering is allowed.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 120kg.  Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampolining.

IS TRAMPOLINING GOOD FOR ME?

According to a Nasa study, jumping on a trampoline for 10 minutes is equivalent to a 30-minute run, giving you the same benefits in a third of the time.
